Three New Physicians Join Lockport Duly

The Lockport facility will welcome two physicians specializing in family medicine and one physician specializing in internal medicine.

LOCKPORT, IL — Duly Health and Care has added three physicians to its Lockport Medical Office Building located at 1206 E. Ninth St., according to a news release from the medical group.

The Lockport clinic location offers a range of healthcare services, including cardiology, gastroenterology, orthopaedics, pain medicine, spine surgery, vascular surgery, vascular lab, physical and occupational therapy, an Immediate Care Center, radiology and a sleep center.

The Lockport facility will welcome two physicians specializing in family medicine and one physician specializing in internal medicine. They will see pediatric and adult patients, according to the release.

The new physicians are:

  • Dr. Sally Salman, who is board-certified in internal medicine. She earned her medical degree from The University of Jordan and completed her residency in internal medicine at Rosalind Franklin University, Chicago Medical School.
  • Dr. Adem Shuaipaj, who is board-certified in family medicine. He earned his medical degree from Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences and completed his residency in family medicine at AMITA Health Adventist Medical Center La Grange.
  • Dr. Caitlin Storino, who is board-certified in family medicine. She earned her medical degree from Midwestern University Chicago and completed her residency in family medicine at Memorial Hospital of South Bend Family Medicine Residency.
