Bolingbrook Man Stabbed Rival In Neck, Burned Woman's House: Police
Larri Learnahan, 40, faces charges of attempted murder and aggravated battery. Police say he's also charged with arson in DuPage County.

LOCKPORT, IL — Lockport Police have issued an arrest warrant for a Bolingbrook man who police stabbed another man on Sunday while he was out on bond after being arrested on unrelated charges and spending time in jail last month.
Police say he also faces arson charges in DuPage County, where he's accused of setting fire to a woman's house.
A Will County judge has set a $1 million bond for Larri Learnahan, 40, who has been charged with attempted murder and aggravated battery with the intent to do great bodily harm, along with aggravated battery with a deadly weapon, according to court documents.

According to the criminal complaint, Learnahan stabbed a 34-year-old man in the neck with a knife on Sunday. The victim has numerous addresses, including in Bolingbrook, police said.
Police issued a warrant on Tuesday and the bail was set by judge Sarah Jones as several police departments along with the Will County warrant squad are searching for Learnahan, police said.

A Lockport Police spokesman said officers were called to Kasha's Pleasant Hill Motel in Lockport around 6:20 p.m. Sunday. The spokesman said that Learnahan and his victim know each other and had an ongoing dispute involving a woman with whom Learnahan has two children, police told Patch on Thursday.
Police said Learnahan showed up at the motel and confronted the man, then stabbed him at least one time in the neck and then fled. The victim was taken to Silver Cross Hospital, where he underwent emergency surgery to treat serious wounds sustained in the stabbing, police said.
DuPage County officials have also secured two Class X felony charges for arson that allege that Learnahan burned down the home of the mother of the woman involved in the dispute, Lockport Police told Patch. DuPage County also has a $1 million bail out for Learnahan.
The man who was stabbed was unconscious for several days and remains in serious but stable condition, police said.
Court records show that Learnahan was arrested in June and was out on bond after being charged with criminal damage to property and violation of a prior order of protection. According to records, Learnahan has also been arrested several times previously and had several orders of protection requested against him.
Learnahan was charged with domestic battery in April, according to records.
