Flossmoor Resident Debuts 'Flossmoor, Once More' Village Anthem

FLOSSMOOR, IL — The Village of Flossmoor now has an anthem for residents to sing their love of the south suburban town.

The anthem was first announced and played during the village's "Zip Code Party" on June 4. The three verse song was written by Tom Dobrez, the president of Flossmoor's Future, an organization to promote and encourage Flossmoor schools, businesses and lives.

The song is titled "Flossmoor, Once More" and mentions the village's sculptures, bike trails and even the dividing Metra tracks.
