Homewood, Flossmoor To Spotlight Festive Homes On Holiday Lights Tour
In its debut year, the official trolley tour will be on Dec. 12. Submitted homes will be listed on an official map.
HOMEWOOD-FLOSSMOOR, IL — Homewood and Flossmoor this year have joined to debut a new holiday event they hope will become tradition.
Set for Dec. 12, the Homewood-Flossmoor Lights Tour will feature local homes decked out for the holidays on a map to be used in a tour of the homes. Families from both towns will board trolleys for a scenic ride to enjoy the incredible holiday displays in both neighborhoods.
Homeowners who'd like to be part of the magic are encouraged to sign up their homes via online form by Nov. 28. The first 50 homes will be included in the official tour on December 12. Any submissions after 50, will be included in the self-guided tour.

"It’s a great way to bring our amazing, close-knit communities together and celebrate the holiday season with style," officials said.
