The Village of Homewood will hold a hearing to create a special taxing district at the former Bogart's Charhouse site Tuesday night.
HOMEWOOD, IL — The Village of Homewood will hold a hearing to create a special taxing district at the former Bogart's Charhouse site Tuesday night.
The hearing, held before the regularly scheduled board meeting, will review how creating the taxing, or TIF district, may encourage redevelopment at 18225 Dixie Highway.
Public comment is invited at this meeting.
