The Hunt Is On: Village, Businesses Partner For Easter Egg Hunt Fun
An Easter egg hunt will be held Saturday, April 8, and encourages people to visit Homewood businesses to find the eggs and win prizes.
HOMEWOOD, IL — Get your game faces on, Homewood. The Village has partnered with 19 Homewood businesses for an Easter egg hunt to be held Saturday, April 8 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
The 19 participating businesses will each get a giant, paper Easter egg to hide in their storefront in downtown Homewood. Participants are tasked with finding the hidden eggs, taking a picture with the egg, and emailing it back to Event Manager Marla Youngblood. If a participant finds all the eggs and emails the photos back to the Village of Homewood, they are entered to win a raffle prize. The raffle prize is a $10 gift card to each participating business.
"We are excited for the opportunity to work with our local businesses!"said Event Manager Marla Youngblood. "We hope this is a fun initiative for families, friends, and all of the Homewood community!"
