Obituary: MaryAnne Davies
MaryAnne Davies, 81, passed away peacefully on January 11 and was a volunteer at the Homewood-Flossmoor Park District and at her church.

HOMEWOOD, IL — MaryAnne Davies (née Kinnane) age 81, passed away peacefully on January 11th.
Born on January 21, 1941, in Chicago, MaryAnne was a loving and devoted mother to her daughter Nancy Lynn McCallum née Davies (fiancé Ed Juracic) and son John James (Laura) Davies. Her grandchildren, Gerald "Jerry" James McCallum, Jr., Anna Joan Davies, and Owen James Davies. Her brother, John James (Charlotte) Kinnane, and their family as well as her adored cousins, MaryLou (John) Duda, and Michael Jennings. She will be missed by her nephews, nieces, and many families and friends. MaryAnne was the eldest child of Martin Joseph Kinnane and Anne Frances Hennessy, both of whom were originally from Ireland.
MaryAnne was a member of St. Anne’s Catholic Church in Hazel Crest where she volunteered, serving family dinners and a was a volunteer at the Homewood-Flossmoor Park District. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to The Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson’s Research or One Tail at a Time.
