Dear Reader,

Our teaching team is truly the heart of the Serendipity community. We gathered this weekend for our annual team meeting to share a meal, laugh, plan for the future, and simply be in one another’s presence. It was such a fulfilling reminder of the magic that happens when people who care deeply about the same mission come together with open hearts and shared purpose.

As you move through this week, take time to really enjoy the people around you. Notice their energy, their laughter, their kindness. Offer gratitude for those who make your days brighter and remind you what it means to belong.

Inspire | “I don’t want wellness practices that teach me to be at peace with an inequitable world. I need practices that help me to stay sane while doing my part to fight against it. If it makes you compliant to injustice, it’s not healing- it’s sedation.” Michell C. Clark

Read | Once again, thanks to Rachael for sharing another impactful article. This one explores our social batteries and how we might better support ourselves so we can recharge before we burn out.

Try This | Think of one of your favorite people. Perhaps someone from your past comes to mind. Maybe this person is still in your life. It could be your child, a friend, or even your younger self. Make a list of five times that this person made you smile. If possible, share this list. Then keep it and revisit it whenever you need a smile.

How do you nurture your sense of community?
