Rock & Revel Market Brings Art, Oddities To Historic Quarry Ballroom in Thornton

The market features 30 vendors and makes its debut Saturday, July 12.

THORNTON, IL — A new artisan market is set for its debut at a classic Thornton venue, organizers said.

On Saturday, July 12, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., the Streetz Artz Alliance is bringing its signature mix of magic, art, and originality to the south suburbs with the debut Rock & Revel Market at the Quarry Ballroom.

This first-time event transforms the entire venue, located at 121 S. Williams Street in Thornton—inside, outside, and even in the hidden downstairs speakeasy—into a vibrant hub for over thirty artists, makers, and creatives. The market is free to attend, all ages are welcome, and there’s truly something for everyone: jewelry, ghostie decor, tarot readings, horror art, vintage goods, oddities, pottery, clothing, and much more.
