Village Of Homewood Launches 'Unwrap Homewood' Holiday Shopping Campaign

The campaign encourages residents to explore Homewood's variety of boutiques, specialty shops and services for holiday shopping.

HOMEWOOD, IL — The Village of Homewood is kicking off the holiday season with the launch of Unwrap Homewood, a new month-long campaign designed to boost local shopping and bring festive energy to Homewood’s downtown and commercial districts. From November 25 through December 25, shoppers who spend $250 at participating Homewood businesses can redeem their receipts for a $50 Visa gift card, a bonus they can use anywhere they choose.

Unwrap Homewood encourages residents, visitors and holiday shoppers from across the region to explore Homewood’s wide variety of boutiques, specialty shops and services during the busiest shopping season of the year. The program supports ongoing efforts to strengthen the local economy by keeping holiday spending close to home in Homewood.

“This campaign is a fun and meaningful way to celebrate the season while showing love to the small businesses that make Homewood special,” said Economic and Community Development Director Angela Mesaros. “Whether you’re choosing special gifts for loved ones or treating yourself to something unique, your support directly impacts our local business community.”
