Red Fish, Bleu Fish To Open Before End Of Year
Jovanis Bourgoub, owner of the Porkchop restaurants, will soon unveil Red Fish, Blue Fish in Hyde Park.

CHICAGO – Residents of Hyde Park and nearby South Side neighborhoods have a new option for seafood very soon. A news release issued Monday indicates Red Fish, Bleu Fish, a neighborhood seafood restaurant, will open its doors at 5121 S. Harper Ave. before the end of the year.
Seafood dishes from the Mediterranean, New Orleans and the Pacific Islands are on the menu. Highlights include a "build your own seafood boil," cheesy cajun lobster and fries and a shrimp burrito.
The restaurant will seat 200, has room for groups of up to 400 and will offer outdoor dining during warmer months.

French-born Chicago restaurateur Jovanis Bourgoub, owner of the Porkchop restaurants, is behind this concept as well.
The news release did not indicate an exact opening date for Red Fish, Bleu Fish.
