Here's How To Get Your Furry Friend Featured In Our Holiday Pet Photo Roundup

You know Fido and Fluffy and Maggie and Lucy, Rover and Rex and Cuddles and Muffy, but do you recall the most adorable costumes for them all? It's time again for Illinois Patch's roundup of holiday pet photos. We're looking for pics of akitas in antlers, schnauzers in Santa hats, frowning cats captured in images moments before bolting and shaking off their elf attire.

Here's how to get your pet's holiday photo featured on Illinois Patch.

1. Email a photo *you took* to lisa.farver@patch.com.

2. Include the subject "Holiday Pet Pic"

3. Include the following statement, "I took this photo and give Patch permission to use it."

The deadline to submit a photo is Dec. 19 at 5 p.m.

Patch will work diligently to complete the arduous task of selecting the cutest holiday pet photos, which will, SPOILER ALERT, be every photo.

The 2025 Illinois Patch Holiday Pet Photo Parade will be shared before Dec. 24, so make sure your email alerts are on and you and your pet are waiting around the computer to see the most wonderful roundup of the year.
