12-Year-Old Forced Into 3-Way Sex With Middle-Aged Couple For Years: Cops
The boy was forced into the three-way sexual relationship with the 42-year-old woman and a 43-year-old relative, police said.
BRAIDWOOD, IL— A Braidwood boy was forced into a three-way sexual relationship with a 43-year-old relative and the man’s 42-year-old girlfriend, police said.
The couple — David Zauratsky and Tabitha Ledwa, both of Braidwood — was arrested Friday night and booked into the Will County jail on charges of predatory criminal sexual assault, aggravated criminal sexual abuse and criminal sexual assault.
The three-way sexual relationship started when the boy was just 12 and went on for two years, said Braidwood Police Chief Nick Ficarello.

A resident’s complaint that “something was not right” about the situation between Ledwa, Zauratsky and the boy prompted the police investigation, Ficarello said.
The chief declined to specify the familial relationship between the now 14-year-old and Zauratsky.
