2 Killed In Crest Hill Crash: Police
Police found two people in the roadway, who both succumbed to their injuries, authorities said.
CREST HILL, IL — Two people were killed late Saturday in a Crest Hill crash, according to police.
Officers were notified around 11 p.m. about a collision involving at least one pedestrian, and they responded to the 2100 block of Plainfield Road to find two people in the roadway, who both succumbed to their injuries, police said.
Plainfield Road was expected to be closed between Fern Street and Sweetbriar Avenue for several hours overnight, according to police.
