3-Way Kid-Sex Case Judge Orders Couple to Stay Away From Children
The Braidwood couple remains locked up — but if they get out, they can't be around children.

BRAIDWOOD, IL— A Braidwood couple charged with forcing a 12-year-old boy to join them in three-way sex can’t come around children if they manage to make their way out of jail.
The couple — David Zauratsky and girlfriend Tabitha Ledwa — was ordered by Judge Amy Bertani-Tomczak to stay away from not just the allegedly abused boy, but all other children as well, according to court records.
Zauratsky, 43, and Ledwa, 42, were arrested Friday and charged with predatory criminal sexual assault, aggravated criminal sexual abuse and criminal sexual assault.

Zauratsky and Ledwa forced a 12-year-old boy to participate in three-way sex with them, according to police, who said this went on for more than two years.
The boy, now 15, is related to Zauratsky, police said.

As recently as August, Ledwa worked at the Rosati’s Pizza in Braidwood and Zauratsky worked at the Coal City Berkot’s Super Foods, according to court papers.
The couple was living together at the time, Zauratsky said in a petition for a protective order against Ledwa.
Zauratsky accused Ledwa of texting him and “blowing up” his phone. She also called and “posed as a friend of hers,” and told Zauratsky, “You guys can work this out,” according to the petition.
Ledwa and Zauratsky remain in custody at the Will County jail. Their bonds have been set at $500,000.
