Act of Piracy? Joliet Man Charged With Stealing 2 Boats
The alleged boat thief remains at large.

JOLIET, IL — A Joliet man faces felony charges for allegedly stealing a pair of aluminum boats.
Roberto Mosqueda, 36, was charged with two counts of theft for allegedly stealing the two boats from a 29-year-old Lockport man.
Mosqueda stole the boats all the way back in July 2015, according to a criminal complaint filed in Will County court. The complaint was just filed Wednesday.

Mosqueda remains at large. The warrant for his arrest carries a $50,000 bond.
