Tell us about your business and its history in your town.

Inspire Therapy opened just over a year ago with therapists who have provided counseling services for people in the area for several years. Inspire Therapy provides mental health counseling for families, individuals, couples, children, adolescents and adults.

How has the new coronavirus impacted your business and its employees?

The coronavirus has shifted our services to mostly all virtual through Telehealth instead of in-person. Our referrals have slowed and I believe it is due partly to the fact that people don't know that they can be receiving services from us.

How can local customers support you now and in the future?

Continue to raise awareness about mental health. Support each other's mental health. Take care of your mental health and reach out to professionals when you need it. Share our services with others — you never know who needs it!

Do you have any words of encouragement for your community?

Your mental health matters! It is always OK to reach out for support.

Our therapists are offering additional times and days for therapy.
