'Demolish Complex' - Joliet Councilman's Evergreen Terrace Survey Results Returned

The Joliet City Council is scheduled to vote on Evergreen Terrace Tuesday.

Joliet City Councilman Jim McFarland released a survey for residents to speak out on what they would like to see done with Evergreen Terrace — and the results are in.

The city council is scheduled to vote on the fate of Evergreen Terrace Tuesday.

More than 400 responded to the survey and 67.49 percent of them believed demolishing Evergreen Terrace would be the “most favorable” option if the city proceeds with acquiring the housing complex.
