JOLIET, IL — Did you lose a cat around Collins and Jackson streets two, maybe three months ago? Well, you’re in luck. He’s safe and sound and you can get him back.

The woman who rescued the cat believes it was a pet. Since the weather has gotten cold, the cat has been living in the basement of a Collins Street tire shop, the woman said.
