High School Restroom Robbery — Teen Sticks Up Teen at Joliet Central: Cops

One teen was supposed to sell the other marijuana in the bathroom but he tried to rob him instead, police said.

JOLIET, IL — A Joliet Central student pulled a BB gun and tried to rob another student in a school restroom Monday morning, police said.

The two 15-year-olds met in the restroom shortly after 7 a.m. so one could sell the other $20 worth of marijuana, police said. But instead of selling, the teen reportedly pulled a BB gun and demanded the other student’s money and shoes.

The BB gun closely resembled an actual revolver, police said.
