Ice Rink Worker Stepped on Girl's Foot with Skate Blade: Lawsuit
The girl was waiting to be fitted with rental skates when the worker stepped on her foot, the suit said.
An ice rink worked stepped on a girl’s foot with a skate blade, according to a lawsuit filed in Will County court.
The girl’s father, Todd Chentnik, brought the suit against Rocket Ice Arena in Bolingbrook.
Chentnik’s daughter, Hailey, was attending a party at Rocket Ice Arena in February and was waiting in a common area to be fitted with rental skates, the lawsuit said.
