Joliet Birdman Nabbed For Possessing Child Pornography: Cops
He had numerous birds, possibly more than two dozen, five dogs and child pornography, police said.

JOLIET, IL — A Joliet man with an abundance of birds and five dogs also owned some child pornography, police said.
David Wegner, 29, was arrested Wednesday morning after the police raided his Bridgehampton Drive home.
Cache, the Will County State's Attorney's High Technology Crimes Unit dog, was brought along on the raid. It was the first time Cache, a Labrador trained to detect hidden electronic devices, was used on a raid in Will County.

Police had reportedly obtained a search warrant and seized Wegner’s computers and other electronics.
Wegner possessed pornographic digital images of children younger than 13, police said.

Wegner also had five dogs and many birds, possibly more than two dozen, police said.
Wegner was booked into the Will County jail on three counts of possessing child pornography.
