Joliet Central, West Students Get Schedules This Week
Take a look at what's happening around Joliet in the coming days.

The Joliet Police Department will participate in the National Night Out event with a special program from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Joliet Park District's Hartman Field, 511 Collins St. Check here for more details.
Here are a few other events happening in and around Joliet this week:
- Joliet Central and West High School will hold Schedule Distribution on August 7, 8, 9 and 12. Information regarding Schedule Distribution was mailed home to the parents and guardians of JTHS students and can be found online at www.jths.org. Check here for more information.
- Having trouble figuring out Obamacare? The Lockport library is holding an Understanding the Affordable Care Act event Tuesday night. Check here for more details.
- Operation Kids Safe is set for Friday and Sunday at the Will County Farm Bureau. Parents can attend this event and at No Charge get a lifetime record of their child's digital fingerprints and a form that is ready to hand to law enforcement in an emergency. Check here for more details.
