Joliet Perv Deemed Sexually Violent, Locked Up Indefinitely
A McLean County judge determined the Joliet man was sexually violent.

A Joliet sex offender was locked up in a state facility after a McLean County judge decided he was sexually violent.
Anthony Sullivan, 23, had already served nearly four years in prison for aggravated criminal sexual abuse, according to Department of Corrections records. Sullivan was 17 when he victimized a 14-year-old, the state’s sex offender registry says.
Sullivan has been transferred to a sex offender facility in Rushville, the attorney general’s office said in a press release.
