Joliet Teen Tries Choking 23-Year-Old Woman: Joliet PD
Joliet police responded to the house in the 500 block of Strong Avenue for a domestic disturbance, and the 19-year-old teenager was jailed.

JOLIET — For the second time this year, the Joliet Police Department have arrested 19-year-old Dominic Frausto. In February, he had a loaded gun inside a car, the arrest report showed; this time, he tried to choke a 23-year-old woman on Sunday, Joliet police say.
Following Sunday's incident, Frausto was booked into his cell at the Will County Jail, where he's charged with aggravated domestic battery and domestic battery.

At 6:16 p.m., officers responded to Frausto's house in the 500 block of Strong Avenue for a domestic disturbance.
Officers learned that during an argument in a bedroom of the home, it was believed that Frausto grew upset and struck the 23-year-old woman and then choked her with both hands. The victim was then able to escape the attack.

Officers spotted Frausto outside the home, and he was placed into custody without incident.
