Before arriving on campus
Prior to arrival, students must complete the self-certification questionnaire found here. This questionnaire must be completed within one hour of arriving on campus.

On campus
Once on campus, proceed to the field house parking lot. Parking areas will be designated. Proceed to the picture lines as directed by Joliet West or VIP (the picture company) staff. Joliet West staff will conduct screenings of students that will include temperature readings. If students are experiencing any of the following, they will be asked to come back at another time: Temperature >100.4F/37C or symptoms of COVID-19 (fevers, chills, cough, muscle aches, headache, sore throat, runny nose, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, or loss of taste or smell). Joliet West staff will use a monitoring form to log this information. Social distancing guidelines must be maintained the entire time on campus. Appropriate face coverings must be worn at all times prior to pictures being taken.

After Pictures
Once pictures have been taken, students must leave campus. No individuals will be allowed to remain in the parking lot. Individuals who drive seniors to this event should remain in the car until the student returns from taking pictures, and then immediately exit campus.

Other Information
School appropriate attire must be worn in order to have your picture taken for display in the yearbook. Yearbook only photos are free. Students will have 4-6 pictures taken and can purchase online through VIP. Photos will be mailed home, so verify your address when submitting your order form. Please contact Ms. Galloy at jgalloy@jths.org with questions.

Information for freshmen, sophomore and junior photos is coming soon. We thank you for your patience.
