Masturbator Captured After Lady Gave Police His Plate Number: Cops

JOLIET, IL — A lecherous masturbator was captured after a woman provided the law with his license plate number, police said.

Joseph Pinson, 24, reportedly pulled up on a woman who was walking her dog shortly after 8 a.m. near the corner of Glenwood Avenue and Mack Street.

Pinson then called out to the 40-year-old dog walker, police said, telling her, “You got a fat ass.”

The woman could see Pinson had exposed his penis and was masturbating, police said.

Pinson drove off in his Taurus, police said, but the woman called the cops and gave them his plate number.

The cops reportedly tracked Pinson down at his Herkimer Street house. He was arrested on a charge of public indecency and released on his own recognizance.
