Missing Joliet Teenager: Sheriff's Deputies Need Your Help
Carson McCarty has been missing since January.

JOLIET — The Will County Sheriff's Office announced on Friday that deputies are seeking help locating a 17-year-old girl named Carson McCarty.
Carson was last seen in January in the 1600 block of Washington Street in Joliet. Carson is 5-foot-6, 130 lbs, with black hair and brown eyes.
According to police, possible sightings of Carson have been reported near Larkin and Jefferson streets in Joliet, in the area of Princeton and Luther in unincorporated Lockport, and an acquaintance reported that she may be staying in Northwestern Indiana.

The sheriff's office said it received information regarding Carson McCarty's disappearance in May. Attempts to locate her have been unsuccessful.
