O Pioneers! Get Ready For Pilcher Park's Pioneer Festival & Pancake Breakfast
It's going to be pancakes and pioneers at Pilcher Park.

From the Joliet Park District:
JOLIET, IL — This year's Pilcher Park Nature Center Pioneer Festival and Pancake Breakfast will be held on March 18 from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.
This popular event is sure to entertain family members of all ages. Enjoy pancakes, sausage and 100 percent pure maple syrup for breakfast. After you eat, come see the maple syrup making demonstrations and try your hand at pioneer chores while stepping back into time with our pioneer re-enactors.

There will be archery, wool spinning, hoop rolling, Native American demonstrations, a buckskin maker and more!
Tickets are $9 for adults and $7 for children 12 and under. The Nature Center is at 2501 Highland Park Drive in Joliet. Advance ticket purchase is suggested. For more information, or to purchase tickets, call 815-741-7277 or email pilcherpark@jolietpark.org.
