Ozzy Osbourne At Joliet City Hall? Employee Pumpkin Decorating Contest Honors KISS, Other Famous Music Stars
For this year's Halloween pumpkin decorating contest, Joliet's City Hall went with a theme paying homage to music legends.

JOLIET, IL — As Joliet residents already know, Halloween is a very scary time of year. There are ghosts and goblins and several haunted cemeteries. But inside Joliet's City Hall, the mood is festive. In preparation for Halloween, several city of Joliet departments including the police department and fire department participated in a pumpkin decorating contest.
This year's theme is focused on music and music artists.
If you walk through City Hall, be sure to head to the city manager's office, where you will find a table filled with several pumpkin-decorated as music stars. There's a tribute to the recently departed Ozzy Osbourne. There's one for Metallica. A Dolly Parton tribute. Another for the Spice Girls.
