Pants on Fire — Exploding E-Cig Battery Burned Up Man’s Pants: Lawsuit
The fire "engulfed his pants in flames," the lawsuit said.

JOLIET, IL — An exploding electronic cigarette battery engulfed a man’s pants in flames and left him severely injured, according to a lawsuit filed in Will County court.
Chris Yedinak bought a rechargeable e-cigarette from S.I. Vapors in Bradley on Valentine’s Day 2015, the lawsuit said.
Yedinak was carrying the battery in a pants pocket when it “started smoking” and “burst into flames in an explosion,” according to the lawsuit.
