Pit Bull Owner Charged With Cruelty to 3 Different Dogs
He failed to provide decent food and water to three different pit bulls, according to a criminal complaint.

JOLIET, IL — A Joliet man was charged with animal cruelty for allegedly failing to provide decent food and water to three different pit bulls.
Brian Keltz, 26, was served with a warrant and placed under arrest when he appeared in court Thursday morning. Keltz was then taken to the Will County jail and booked on three counts of cruelty to animals.
The warrant for Keltz’s arrest carries a $50,000 bond. He remained in custody Thursday afternoon.

Keltz failed to provide a “sufficient quantity of good quality, wholesome food and water” to pit bull mixes named Lilbit, Rexy and Diesel, according to a criminal complaint filed in Will County court.
