- Mark Blackamore, 48, of Joliet was arrested on charges of possession of a controlled substance, obstructing justice, driving on a suspended license, transporting alcohol and possession of cannabis.
- Marcus Frazier, 38, of Chicago was arrested on a warrant out of Rockford.
- Thomas Green, 25, of Joliet was arrested on charges of driving while license revoked, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, driving under the influence and resisting police.
