The homeless man and his girlfriend were charged with possessing heroin.

JOLIET, IL — A homeless man jailed on a heroin charge might now lose his van.

Prosecutors filed a case Wednesday to take the brown, 17-year-old Dodge van away from homeless man Timothy Keck.

Keck, 42, and his girlfriend, 33-year-old Tiffany Miller, were arrested early Friday morning after a Braidwood police officer reportedly pulled them over and found 30 bags either full or partially full of heroin inside the van.
