For Sale: Pizza For U On Joliet's Larkin Avenue Next To Wendy's Restaurant
Not only is the Wendy's restaurant on South Larkin Avenue available for purchase, but so is the Pizza For U property.

JOLIET, IL — Joliet's Pizza For U sit-down restaurant at 116 South Larkin, which is right next door to the Wendy's restaurant that will become vacant in February, is also for sale, Joliet Patch has learned. The Joliet Pizza For U is the only restaurant location in the Pizza For U franchise that features an indoor dining room, plus a lunch buffet, Wednesday through Friday.
There are three other Pizza For U restaurants in the area: Channahon, Shorewood and Manhattan and those restaurants are takeout and delivery only.
Only the Joliet property is for advertised sale.
