Sheriff's Department Accepting Correctional Officer Applications

From the Will County Sheriff's Department:

The Will County Sheriff's department is now accepting applications for a deputy correctional officer eligibility list.

The written test is Sunday, Feb. 12. The deadline to apply is Feb. 1 at 10 a.m. or when the maximum number of applicants is received

The sheriff's department will be accepting a maximum of 400 applications. The opportunity to apply for the test will be closed early if that limit is reached.

The top 200 passing scores from the written test will continue in the testing process.
