Stolen Harrah’s Casino Total Rewards Points Land Lady in Hot Water With Law: Cops

She stole Harrah's Casino Total Rewards Points and also food from the casino diner, police said.

JOLIET, IL — A Joliet woman stole as much as $10,000 worth of Harrah’s Casino Total Rewards Points, then used a man’s identity to get food from the casino’s diner, according to a criminal complaint filed in Will County court.

Ana Morales-Hernandez, 43, faces two counts of theft and an identity theft charge in connection with her alleged casino rewards points caper.

Morales-Hernandez stole the rewards points from someone named Philip Castrogiovanni over the summer, the complaint said. She allegedly stole between $500 and $10,000 worth of reward points.

Morales-Hernandez also stole Castrogiovanni’s identity and used it to buy food from Ace’s Diner at Harrah’s Casino, the complaint said.

Agents with the Illinois Gaming Board secured the charges against Morales-Hernandez, according to the warrant for her arrest.

Morales-Hernandez remains at large, according to court papers. Her arrest warrant carries a $7,500 bond.
