JOLIET — One of Joliet's busiest streets, Theodore Street, has been shut down by the Joliet Police Department because of a water main break between Wesmere Parkway and River Road. The police said the water main break will cause "all lanes" of Theodore Street to remain closed during the overnight hours until sometime on Friday.

Joliet police will issue updates on the Theodore Street closure when they're available.
