Walmart Parking Lot Masturbator Captured: Cops

A Joliet man masturbated in front of a woman as she loaded her purchases into her car outside the Walmart on Route 59, police said.

The 43-year-old woman reportedly told police a car pulled up alongside her vehicle as she was loading her shopping bags shortly after 11:30 p.m. Saturday. She glanced at the driver and noticed he had his penis in his hand and was masturbating, police said.

The woman yelled at the man — later identified as 20-year-old Jordan Henderson — and he “looked awkwardly at her and drove off,” police said.

The woman reportedly got Henderson’s plate number and provided it to officers. The law headed over to his North Raynor Avenue home, police said, but he was not there. Officers eventually tracked Henderson down at his mother’s home in Elwood, police said.

The woman identified Henderson as the masturbator, police said. He was arrested on a charge of public indecency.

Henderson was released on his own recognizance.
