According to the Will County Clerk's website, here are the times and location to vote early in Joliet:
Will County Clerk's office; March 25 to March 28, Monday-Thu 8:30 am - 4:30 pm; April 1 - April 6, Mon & Tue 8:30 am - 4:30 pm, Wed, Thur, Fri 8:30 am - 6:30 pm; Saturday 9 am - noon; Monday, April 8, 8:30 am - 4:30 pm
