The Church of the Holy Spirit will host a Blessing of the Animals service at 1 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 4, on the front lawn of the church, located at 400 E. Westminster Ave., Lake Forest.Community members and their pets are invited to attend.The event will include personal blessing of each animal and a short homily.
