Crews are busy preparing West Park today for the carnival that will kick off Lake Forest Day at 6 p.m. Tuesday. The fun continues at 10 a.m. Wednesday with the annual parade along Western Avenue downtown honoring veterans. The carnival picks up again Wednesday after the parade.
