In honor of Earth Day, the League of Women Lake Forest Lake Bluff Area in partnership with the League of Women Voters Lake County is hosting Environmental Stewardship: The Future of Public/Private Collaboration. This panel discussion will bring together local experts and elected officials to discuss the collaborative process across: the origin of the Lake County Forest Preserve referendum; the road to the vote; the utilization of funds; and the impact on local governments, nonprofits, and residents.
