Plans for New Lake Forest High School Entrance Move Forward
The District 115 Board of Education has agreed to pay an architecture firm $69,000 to develop construction drawings.

The architectural firm of Chicago-based Perkins and Will will be paid $69,000 to create construction drawings for the reconfiguration of Lake Forest High School’s entrance, reported the Chicago Tribune.
Plans include construction of a welcome center and the relocation of the security office from the basement to space currently inhabited by the principal’s office.
The booster store will also be relocated from the basement to conference room space located on the north side of the school’s entrance. This will allow students and others to visit the store without needing building access.
