Bargains Hit Market Square Ahead of Sidewalk Sale
Today in Lake Forest and Lake Bluff many merchants already have goods on sale as they prepare for Sidewalk Sale Thursday, the library has a bubble artist and St. Mary's is offering a class.

Shopping on or around Market Square today can get you some bargains before the annual Sidewalk Sale starts Thursday and continues through Saturday.
Wandering around the square the other day, Patch saw signs in many of the windows and checked inside a few more. Here’s what we learned about stores currently selling sale merchandise:

For those of you looking for a family activity before or after shopping, the children can blow bubbles with bubble artist Geoffrey Akins at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Lake Forest Public Library.
And, for people looking for an intellectual pursuit, there is a class on Catholic Moral Theology and Contemporary Moral Issues at 7 p.m. Tuesday at the Church of St. Mary.
