Severed Arm Found On Waukegan Beach Belonged To Milwaukee Homicide Victim Sade Robinson
DNA testing confirmed the arm found last month belongs to a teen whose dismembered body has been found in multiple place, the coroner said.

WAUKEGAN, IL — The severed human arm found last month on a Waukegan beach has been identified through DNA testing as belonging to a slain Milwaukee teenager.
The Lake County Coroner's Office confirmed Tuesday that the arm found on the evening of May 11 was that of 19-year-old Sade Robinson, whose dismembered remains have been found at multiple locations in Milwaukee County.
“On behalf of the Lake County Coroner’s Office, I want to express our sincere condolences to Sade’s family and friends who continue to endure this tragic loss," Lake County Coroner Jennifer Banek said in a statement.

The Milwaukee County Sheriff’s Office notified Robinson's family of the DNA confirmation earlier Tuesday, according to the coroner's office.
A 33-year-old Milwaukee man is awaiting trial on charges of first-degree intentional homicide, mutilating a corpse and arson in connection with Robinson's slaying.

According to prosecutors, the man killed her following an April 1 "first date" at a Milwaukee restaurant where he used to work.
Robinson's severed leg was later found in a park in Cudahy, Wisconsin, while her torso and arm washed up on the shoreline in South Milwaukee.
At the time of her death, Robinson had been about to to graduate from Milwaukee Area Technical College.
Keith Turner, a Waukegan alderman and mayoral candidate, was censured by the City Council over a since-deleted social media post containing an image of Robinson's arm and questioning "the story behind this mysterious incident."
