Burglars to Share Secrets at Upcoming Police Workshop
The "Keeping it Real" burglary workshop have convicted burglars telling residents what they look for and their tricks to burglarizing a home.

The Chicago Police Department is about to let you get personal with a handful of real burglars at its upcoming “Keeping it Real” burglary workshop.
Slated for Wednesday from 7-9 p.m. at Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center’s Olson Auditorium, the event will bring in “experts” of burglary to share their secrets. The workshop is a condition of their punishment for being caught.
“At this workshop you will hear an in-depth discussion on burglary awareness and prevention from a panel of professional burglars,” local police say.
