• 1457 W. Addison St., $4,999,999: Coming in at just under $5 million (by one dollar), this home features 6,000 square feet, including three bedrooms and five bathrooms. • 1316 W. Henderson St., $2,399,000: This Southport Corridor-area home has six bedrooms, five bathrooms and 6,000 square feet. There's also marble bathrooms, a three-car attached garage, a wine cellar and a home theater. 

• 3311 N. Lakewood Ave., $2,300,000: This home was featured in Home Builder Magazine, and features 5,200 feet with five bedrooms and five-and-a-half bathrooms. There's even a rooftop deck with skyline views, a putting green and a garage deck. 

• 1725 W. Wolfram St., $2,150,000: This 4,508 square foot home features five bedrooms and five-and-a-half bathrooms. It features Brazillian cherry floors, an eat-in kitchen and a three-car garage.  

• 3649 N. Paulina St., $1,950,000: This home sits on a 37.5 foot lot, and features six bedrooms and six-and-a-half bathrooms. There's also a wet bar, a back yard with a fire place and a breakfast room.
