7th Annual Giving Back To Lemont Concert Is Free
The seventh annual Giving Back to Lemont Concert is coming this weekend with a great lineup. All bands are playing for free.
LEMONT, IL — This Saturday, Aug. 3, will see the seventh annual Giving Back to Lemont Concert featuring five bands, all for free. The event is free, but organizers ask for non-perishable food donations to help the hungry. The bands are playing for free.
The donations of non-perishable food items, or money, will be distributed between Lemont's two open food pantries, a flyer for the show says. Checks can be made out to Lemont Open Food Pantries.
The five-hour concert, from 4 to 9 p.m., will take place on the grass lot next to Next Mex this Saturday, Aug. 3.

Here's the lineup:
- 5 p.m.: Gene Olson
- 5:45 p.m.: Julie Bittner
- 6:30 p.m.: Seth Mercer/Mark Oikle
- 7:15 p.m.: Timing's Everything
- 8:15 p.m.: Fun Razor
Attendees are welcome to bring chairs, blankets and picnics.
