David Deitemyer, Patrick Kerrigan and Brian Bushnell beat out Susan Petrarca and Michael Clausen on Tuesday for the three open positions in Lemont-Bromberek Combined School District 113A.

With all precincts reporting, the Lemont-Bromberek Combined School District 113A Board of Education is set to welcome three new members next month.
David Deitemyer, Patrick Kerrigan and Brian Bushnell all secured seats in Tuesday's election, beating out Susan Petrarca and Michael Clausen, according to unofficial results from Cook and DuPage counties.
They will take the positions currently held by Vice President Kevin Doherty and Board Members Lisa Wright and Karen Siston, who did not seek re-election.

Kerrigan lives in Lemont and runs an insurance agency. His priorities for District 113A include reducing class sizes, supporting extracurricular activities and improving the district's financial position.
"I'm looking forward to working with the current board, as well as the other winners, and doing what we need to do to move the district forward," Kerrigan said Tuesday night.
Bushnell, a Lemont resident, works in the financial services industry and holds a degree in economics. Like Kerrigan, his priorities include reducing classees, achieving financial stability and restoring programs.
"I'm honored to have been selected by the community to be part of the school board, and look forward to better days ahead," Bushnell said.
Despite being the only candidate on the "Kids First" slate to be elected, Bushnell was in good spirits Tuesday, and said he looks forward to working with the new board next month.
"I became part of the slate because I met (Susan and Mike) and thought they were good people with good ideas for the district. I wasn't necessarily running against the other two candidates," Bushnell said. "I'm looking forward to working with them and getting to know them better."
Deitemyer, also a Lemont resident, has more than 20 years experience in education, both as a teacher and an administrator. He currently works as the Dean of Academic Services at Morraine Valley Community College.
He was not available for comment Tuesday night.
